Brandon Continues Growth

Brandon has nearly doubled in population since 1990 to an estimated 25,719 in 2023. We continue to see new homes built, neighborhoods expanded, and new subdivisions planned. Brandon continues to see strong retail sales with 2023 being the best sales tax year in the City’s history.
