Notice of Recessed Meeting

CITY OF BRANDON, MISSISSIPPI NOTICE OF RECESSED MEETING

TAKE NOTICE THAT the during the Regular Board Meeting occurring on August 18, 2025 at 6:00 p.m., the governing authorities recessed the Regular Board Meeting to August 21, 2025 at 6:00 p.m., to continue and occur in the Board Meeting Room at Brandon City Hall until adjourned, for the transaction of further business of the governing authorities, including but not limited to any such business not otherwise completed during the Regular Board Meeting, matters occurring thereafter which require consideration and action of the governing authorities, and such other regular business of the governing authorities as determined in their sole discretion.

YOU ARE invited to attend and participate as you deem appropriate.

In accordance with MCA 25-41-13 (1972 as amended):

i. This notice was posted on the bulletin board in the lobby of City Hall which is a prominent place available to examination and inspection by the general public, within one (1) hour after such meeting was called.

ii. This notice was posted on the City’s website not less than one (1) hour before the meeting.

iii. This notice was transmitted via email or facsimile, to any citizen and any publication, broadcast and digital media with a general circulation or coverage with the City, that has submitted in writing its interest to receive such notices within one (1) hour before the meeting.

iv. A copy of this notice is made a part of the minutes of the governing authorities of the City.
