City of Brandon to Host Patriot’s Day Breakfast on September 11

The City of Brandon invites the community to gather for a Patriot’s Day Breakfast on Thursday, September 11, from 7:00–9:00 AM at Brandon City Hall.

This special event will provide an opportunity to come together in remembrance of the lives lost on September 11, 2001, while also honoring the dedication and sacrifice of our first responders who serve and protect our community each day. A light breakfast will be provided.

Attendance is free and open to the public. RSVPs are encouraged and can be submitted online here: https://brandonms.org/rsvp-patriots-day/

About the City of Brandon

Founded in 1828, the city of Brandon was named after the first native Mississippi governor, Gerard Chittocque Brandon. Since its inception, Brandon has grown from a 40-acre tract town to an over 26-square-mile city. The City of Brandon now has over 23,000 residents. Her residents enjoy large-city amenities while not losing the small-town charm.
